At Kayan Plastic Surgery, our priority is having an open line of communication with our patients. During business hours, we have extremely knowledgable staff members available through phone, text or email to address your questions, concerns and scheduling needs.
Emergency communication options are available after hours as well through phone and text to address emergent concerns following surgery. All modes of communication are HIPAA compliant.
Consultation Policy: All cosmetic consultations are free. Consultations resulting in a prior authorization being sent to insurance are not considered as cosmetic consultations and will be billed to the patient's insurance as well as subsequent appointments leading up to surgery.
